No one can argue that this is one of the most unique Rhythm clocks ever made. The numbers and hands are arranged in a very unique manner, with the bigger hand and bigger numbers representing the minutes, and the smaller hand and smaller numbers for the hour. It’s an extremely interesting and rare timepiece, as it was only produced for a short time in the early 2000s. It was only available in Japan, and was named “Small World Charming Duo”. Similar to some American models, the hands on this clock “dance” along to the music on the hour or when the demonstration button is pressed. It plays 6 beautiful songs, watch the video for a demonstration!
This clock is radio-controlled, as many Japanese Rhythm clocks are, but the radio-control function will only work in Japan. So, you will have to set the time manually by pressing and holding the buttons on the back.
Notes: The clock works and sounds just like new, and the motor is extremely quiet which is uncommon for the dancing hands clocks. It also features the original sticker from Japan with song names. On the downside, there are two small pieces of plastic that have broken off of the back of the clock towards the bottom (as shown in photos), but are completely unseen and unnoticeable when it is hanging on the wall. There are also a few small scratches on the plastic as well. I have reduced the price to reflect these imperfections. Otherwise, this is an extremely unique clock and works perfectly.
